Under six hours of connection we will usually advise against it, honestly, rather than sell you a rushed trip.
Back early, not on time
We build a buffer into the return leg. Missing a connection is not a risk worth taking.
What fits in the time
With six to eight hours of connection you can reasonably see Sultanahmet — Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome — and eat properly before returning. With eight to ten, add the Bosphorus shore or the Grand Bazaar.
Under six hours the honest answer is usually a shorter loop of the Old City or nothing at all, and we will say so before you book rather than after.
Visa and passport control
Leaving the airport means passing through Turkish immigration, so check whether your nationality needs a visa or e-Visa for a short entry. We can tell you what most nationalities need, but the final check is yours — and it should happen before you book, not at the desk.
