Direct booking, without an intermediary
The most immediate goal is the one you are looking at. Historically most of our reservations arrived through agencies and hotel concierges, each adding a margin the guest paid without seeing. This site is being built so that a guest can select a route, see the real price, reserve it and pay securely by card in a few minutes — with the saving staying with the guest rather than the intermediary.
A quieter, cleaner fleet
Istanbul's historic peninsula is steadily tightening access for combustion vehicles, and guests increasingly ask what a transfer costs the city. The Mercedes-Benz EQS was our first fully electric first-class sedan. The intention is for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles to make up a third of the sedan fleet within three years, prioritising the routes that end in Sultanahmet, Beyoğlu and the Bosphorus villages.
Service in the guest's own language
Every chauffeur works in English today, and several in Arabic, Russian or German. The goal is fuller coverage — website, reservation confirmations and dispatch communication in the principal languages of our guests, so that a booking is never confirmed in a language the traveller had to guess at.
Punctuality we can prove
We already record the time the chauffeur reaches each pickup point. The next step is publishing what that record shows, honestly, including the journeys where we were not early. A transfer company that will not show its own arrival times is asking for trust it has not evidenced.
