Cancellation windows
More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund, no administrative fee.
Between 24 and 6 hours before pickup: 50% of the transfer price is refunded.
Less than 6 hours before pickup, or no-show without notice: no refund, as the vehicle and chauffeur have already been committed.
Flight cancellations and delays
If your flight is cancelled by the airline, your transfer is rescheduled free of charge or refunded in full, regardless of the notice period.
Flight delays never incur a charge: we track your flight and adjust the pickup automatically.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, funds appear within 3 to 14 days of that date.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@istanbulvipchauffeur.com or via our WhatsApp line, quoting the reservation reference.
