Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation containing the vehicle class, price and pickup details.
Prices are quoted per vehicle, in euros, and include all tolls, taxes, parking and the chauffeur's time unless stated otherwise.
The passenger is responsible for the accuracy of the pickup address, flight number and contact details supplied.
Waiting time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time. City pickups include 15 minutes.
Waiting beyond the free allowance is charged at €15 per additional 30 minutes, or part thereof.
Passenger conduct and luggage
Luggage must not exceed the stated capacity of the booked vehicle class. Excess luggage may require an upgrade at additional cost.
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. The chauffeur may end a journey where passenger behaviour endangers safety, without refund.
Children must travel in an appropriate child seat, provided free of charge when requested at booking.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including extreme weather, road closures, strikes, security incidents or exceptional traffic.
Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of the transfer concerned, save where Turkish law imposes a higher standard.
