Chauffeur service, car with driver, chauffeur driven car, executive car service — is this all the same thing?

Mostly yes, and the word usually says where the guest is from. American corporate desks ask for an executive car service; British guests say chauffeur hire; travellers from the Gulf and continental Europe often say car with driver or chauffeur driven car; travel agents tend to write luxury car with driver or corporate chauffeur service. All of it describes the same arrangement here: a vehicle we own, a chauffeur we employ, booked for you alone, at a price agreed before the journey. The one thing it is not is a taxi or a ride-hailing app — no meter, no surge, and never a stranger's own car.

Is the price per vehicle or per person?

Per vehicle. A quoted V-Class price is the same whether one person or six travel in it. This is where most 'from €25' transfer offers stop being comparable — they price per seat and add for luggage.

What is included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Private use of the vehicle, a professional chauffeur, meet & greet with a name sign inside the terminal, flight tracking, 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, all motorway tolls, airport parking, fuel, taxes and bottled water on board. Nothing on that list is charged separately afterwards.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing, from your side. We track the flight and move the pickup automatically — the free waiting period starts from your actual landing time, not the scheduled one. There is no delay surcharge, even if the aircraft lands five hours late.

Question 5

How much waiting time do I get?

Accepted Answer

Sixty minutes free from touchdown at Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen, which comfortably covers passport control and baggage reclaim on a normal day. Thirty minutes free for city, hotel and cruise-port pickups. Beyond that, waiting is charged in fifteen-minute increments and the desk will always call you before the clock starts.

Where exactly will I meet my chauffeur?

Inside the terminal at the arrivals exit, holding a sign with your name on it. Your chauffeur will not ask you to walk to a car park or meet at a kerbside. For cruise arrivals at Galataport and hotel pickups, the chauffeur waits at the entrance and the desk sends you the vehicle details and plate number the evening before.

Can I pay by card, and is it secure?

Yes. Payment is taken through a secure 3D Secure card gateway; full card details never reach our systems. Cash in euros, US dollars or Turkish lira is accepted directly with the chauffeur if you prefer, and corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Cancel free of charge up to twenty-four hours before pickup and you are refunded in full. Inside twenty-four hours we ask for fifty per cent, because the vehicle and chauffeur are already committed. Changes to time, flight number or destination are free at any point, including on the day.

Do you provide child seats?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free of charge — infant carriers, toddler seats and booster cushions. Request them when booking so the correct seat is fitted before the chauffeur leaves for you; we cannot always fit one on demand at the airport.

How much luggage can I bring?

Accepted Answer

The figure shown on each vehicle is realistic, not theoretical: three large cases in an E-Class or S-Class, six in a Vito V-Class or V-Class VIP, sixteen in a Sprinter. If you are carrying skis, golf bags, instruments or a wheelchair, tell the desk and we will assign a vehicle that genuinely fits it rather than discovering the problem at the kerb.

Do you drive outside Istanbul?

Yes. Bursa, İzmit, Sapanca, Şile, Edirne and Çanakkale are regular routes, and we handle longer intercity work across Türkiye on request. Intercity journeys are quoted as a fixed all-inclusive price including tolls, ferry crossings and the chauffeur's expenses.

Can I book several stops or hire a car for the day?

Hourly chauffeur hire starts at four hours and gives you the vehicle and chauffeur for as long as you need, with unlimited stops inside Istanbul. It is the sensible option for meetings, shopping days, viewings or a customised city tour.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Twenty-four hours is comfortable for standard sedans and vans. For the Rolls-Royce Ghost, the Maybach, wedding work and groups needing a Sprinter or coach, allow several days — those vehicles are single units and book out quickly in season.

Question 14

Are you a licensed company?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We hold a D2 passenger transport certificate and travel agency licence 11345, and we carry commercial passenger insurance on every seat. The certificate is published in full on our documents page.

What if something goes wrong?

Accepted Answer

Call or message the desk — a person answers twenty-four hours a day, from our own office in Beyoğlu, not an outsourced call centre. If a fault is ours, we fix it at our cost. That is easier for us to promise than for a broker, because there is nobody else to point at.
