Our story

Two sedans, one airport,
and a problem worth solving.

We did not start as a technology company that later bought cars. We started as drivers, at an arrivals gate, watching guests get a worse experience than they had paid for.

2012 — the arrivals hall problem

The company began with two Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedans and a frustration that anyone who has landed in Istanbul will recognise. A guest would book a transfer weeks in advance, then arrive to find a driver they had never been told about, in a car that did not match the photograph, quoting a price that had grown since the booking.

None of that was accidental. It is what happens when the company that takes your money is not the company that drives you. Bookings were sold by agencies, resold to brokers, and finally handed to whoever was free at the rank. Every hand-off removed a little more accountability.

We took the opposite position from the first week: if our name is on the reservation, our chauffeur is behind the wheel and our car is at the kerb. It made us slower to grow. It also meant that thirteen years later we can still tell a guest exactly who will meet them.

2015–2019 — building a fleet instead of a network

Rather than sign up partner drivers, we bought vehicles. The S-Class arrived for executive work, then the Vito V-Class and V-Class VIP for families and delegations, then the Sprinter for congress groups that a sedan simply cannot serve.

Owning the fleet forced discipline that a broker never has to accept. A vehicle we own has to be serviced, insured, cleaned and replaced on a schedule we pay for. That cost is the reason our cars are under five years old, and it is the reason a guest who books an S-Class receives an S-Class.

The same period brought our D2 passenger transport certificate and full commercial passenger insurance — the paperwork that separates a licensed operator from a private car with a driver in it.

2020–2022 — the years that tested it

When travel stopped, the operators who had no cars and no staff simply switched off. We had both, and we kept our chauffeurs employed. It was expensive and, in hindsight, the most important decision the company has made.

When the airports reopened, we were not recruiting strangers. The same chauffeurs came back to the same vehicles, and the standard did not have to be rebuilt from scratch.

Today — eighteen vehicles, one office, no subcontracting

We operate from Piyalepaşa, Beyoğlu, minutes from the Bosphorus and within easy reach of both Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen. Eighteen vehicles, from the Rolls-Royce Ghost down to the E-Class, all owned, all insured, all driven by chauffeurs on our payroll.

This website exists because the next chapter is direct: fixed published prices, an online reservation you complete yourself, and secure card payment — with no agency in the middle adjusting the number.
