Where your chauffeur will be waiting
IST has a single vast terminal. After baggage reclaim you pass through customs into the arrivals hall; your chauffeur stands directly opposite that exit, holding a sign with your name on it. If you cannot see them within a minute, the phone number on your confirmation reaches the dispatch desk, not a call centre.
For guests who prefer not to have their name displayed, we will meet you with a code word or a blank sign — say the word when you book.
Choosing the right vehicle
Two travellers with two cases fit comfortably in an E-Class. Three with three large cases still do. The moment a fourth passenger or a fourth full-size case appears, the honest answer is a Vito V-Class or V-Class VIP, and we will say so rather than let you discover it at the boot.
For executives continuing straight to a meeting, the S-Class or Maybach turns the drive into usable time. For the historic peninsula, the electric EQS is the quietest and cleanest way in.
