About the Mercedes-Benz VIP Bus
For congresses, conventions, incentive programmes and large organisation transport, the VIP coach moves an entire group in a single vehicle with a single arrival time — which is usually the part that matters to an organiser.
Reclining seats, air conditioning throughout, a PA system, onboard Wi-Fi and a full underfloor luggage hold. For multi-day programmes the same coach and the same driver stay with the group for the duration.
Larger movements are planned with our operations desk rather than through the booking form: multiple coaches, staggered airport arrivals, venue timings and a coordinator who stays reachable throughout the event.
