Istanbul VIP Chauffeur is the chauffeur division of İso Coşar Turizm Seyahat Acentası, a licensed travel agency registered in Istanbul. We hold a D2 passenger transport certificate issued by the Ministry of Transport, agency licence number 11345, and commercial passenger insurance on every vehicle in the fleet.

We employ our chauffeurs directly. We own our vehicles outright. We operate our own dispatch desk from an office in Beyoğlu, staffed twenty-four hours a day. When you book with us, there is no second company involved in the journey.

We are not an aggregator that resells your booking to the cheapest available driver. We are not a white-label site operated from another country. We are not a fleet of subcontracted taxis wearing a luxury name.

This is worth saying plainly because most of what appears when you search for an Istanbul transfer is one of those three things. They can be cheaper. They cannot tell you the name of the person who will be standing at arrivals, because they do not know it yet.

Fourteen chauffeurs, four dispatchers, two vehicle technicians and an operations manager who has been with the company since 2014. Every chauffeur is background-checked, holds an SRC passenger certificate and a valid psychotechnical assessment, and speaks working English; several also speak Arabic, Russian or German.

The dispatch desk is the part guests never see and rely on most. It tracks every inbound flight, moves pickup times when a schedule slips, and answers WhatsApp messages at four in the morning because that is when a delayed passenger needs an answer.
