Subject and parties
The subject of this agreement is the private passenger transport service that the Buyer orders electronically, with the qualities and price stated on the reservation confirmation.

Service and price
The service description, vehicle class, route, date and total price including all taxes are shown to the Buyer before the order is confirmed and repeated in the confirmation message.
The Seller undertakes to perform the service on the agreed date and time, subject to force majeure.
Right of withdrawal
Under Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts for transport services performed on a specified date are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Notwithstanding this exemption, the Seller applies the voluntary cancellation terms set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which are more favourable to the Buyer.
Disputes
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent to hear disputes, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
