Why we write them this way
A value that never costs anything is a slogan. Each of the five below has a version of the sentence 'and we absorb the difference' inside it, because that is where a standard is actually tested — the night a flight lands four hours late, or the morning a vehicle fails its pre-journey check.
Five rules we operate by
Honesty in the number
The quoted price is the final price. If we underestimate a route, that is our error to carry, not a surcharge to add at the destination.
Discretion by default
Guest names, addresses, itineraries and conversations do not leave the vehicle or the dispatch system. Chauffeurs do not photograph guests, vehicles or destinations.
Punctuality as a promise
The chauffeur is in position before the pickup time, every time. If we are ever late, the journey is on us — a rule that is cheaper to keep than to break.
Safety before schedule
No chauffeur is asked to make up time. If a vehicle does not pass its pre-journey check it does not leave the yard, even when that means sending a higher class at the same price.
Respect in both directions
Chauffeurs are salaried employees with proper hours and rest, not gig workers paid per ride. Guests receive the service that produces; the two are not separable.
