Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): invoicing, taxation and passenger transport licensing records.
Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): service quality monitoring and fraud prevention.
Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): commercial communication, where you have opted in.
Transfers abroad
Personal data is stored on servers located within Türkiye or in countries deemed to provide adequate protection. Where a transfer abroad is necessary, it is carried out under Art. 9 of the KVKK with the required undertakings in place.
Rights under Article 11
You may learn whether your data is processed, request information about the processing, learn its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction or erasure, and object to results produced by automated analysis.
