About this transfer

For guests who prefer to arrive quietly and cleanly, the EQS is our fully electric flagship. The cabin is genuinely silent — the first time many guests notice the absence of engine noise is when they stop hearing it.

The Bosphorus line — Bebek, Arnavutköy, Emirgan — takes 50 to 70 minutes from Istanbul Airport depending on the shore road.

Charging is on us; the fixed price includes every toll, tax and parking fee.

How the journey runs

  1. 1. Before you land

    Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time. If you are early or delayed, the pickup time shifts automatically — there is nothing for you to do.

  2. 2. Meet & greet at Istanbul Airport

    You are met inside the terminal at the arrivals exit with a personal name sign. Your chauffeur assists with luggage and walks you to the vehicle in the priority parking area.

  3. 3. The ride

    Climate-controlled cabin, chilled water, Wi-Fi and complete privacy. Your chauffeur takes the fastest live route and can adapt if you request a short stop.

  4. 4. Arrival at your Bosphorus address

    Door-to-door drop-off at your exact address. Luggage is carried to reception. Payment is settled in advance — nothing to handle on arrival.

Know before you go

  • The drive is around 50–70 min in normal traffic. Istanbul rush hour can add 30–45 minutes; the price does not change either way.
  • Give us your flight number at booking. We track the aircraft and move the pickup automatically — with no flight number we are guessing.
  • Free waiting is 60 minutes from the moment you actually land, not from the scheduled time.
  • For a departure transfer, we collect you at least four hours before your flight. Istanbul traffic and airport security both take longer than people expect.
  • You are dropped at the exact address on your booking — hotel, apartment or office. Tell us the block or apartment number so the chauffeur does not have to call you.
  • Child seats of any size are free, but must be requested at booking. We cannot fit one on demand at the airport.
  • Payment is settled in advance or with the chauffeur — never at the kerb, never in cash under pressure.

Accessibility

Folding wheelchairs and mobility scooters travel with us regularly — tell the desk when you book and we assign a vehicle with the right access and luggage space. We cannot carry a passenger who must remain seated in a non-folding powered wheelchair; for that we will refer you to a specialist operator rather than let you find out at the kerb.
